Brent brings a wealth of leadership and management experience with a focus on emerging businesses. Brent has founded or co-founded several companies including, GeoCel International, Advanced Legal Technologies, Media Tracking,  Caramba Homes, and Trinsic Technologies. Brent currently sits on the board of several other companies. His non-profit contributions include assisting organizations like Vision Beyond Borders, Rotary International, Tribe Consolidated among others. Brent started his career working as a legislative assistant at the Texas Legislature. Brent received a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Philip graduated from Trinity University in 1988 with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He was licensed as a CPA in 1992. Philip has worked developing emerging technology companies for many years. Philip served as controller for Treaty Oak Financial Services, Inc. and Treaty Oak Bancorp, a publicly traded bank holding company which he helped take public through a $12M IPO.

Brad brings years of experience from a wide range of technology positions with core competencies in business systems analysis, project design, implementation and process management, network infrastructure, network security and systems support. Brad has  worked as a Senior Systems Administrator for Prior to that, he worked at American Casino and Entertainment Properties, LLC as a Network Manager for their casinos. Brad started his technical career working at Sierra Internet Services as a Senior Network Engineer and later worked as a business systems analyst at PurchasePro, Inc.
